For August 1st 2020 until August 31 2021. 2 bedroom apartment in Mid-Cambridge with washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. 3rd floor walk-up (low handle staircase makes moving in easier). Shared Balcony space.

All utilities except WiFi and Electric included in price. A/C can be installed in room (already provided). Previous roommate was clean and tidy, and would prefer the same. Any gender or sexual orientation is fine; building is not wheelchair friendly.

*Proof of income and other forms of identification/credit score may be requested as per the landlord’s request. *1300 a month for rent, 1350 deposit is required. **Option to switch rooms with me if you wish to have a bigger room and private entrance/access to balcony (Rent is 1500 a month and deposit is 1550 then). ***10 minute walk to Harvard Square, 15minute walk to Kendall/MIT.
