Hi this is an opportunity for anyone who is interested to rent out the full 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo! This 2 story condo is cute with cozy bedrooms and a spacious open living area. The master is on the first floor and the 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. It includes plenty of storage space, including a large closet per room, patio in the front and side and a garage space which I used to store my bikes and surfboards. My car fit in the garage as well. Parking is not bad compared to the peninsula and many other areas in OC, when Summer comes around the garage space is clutch. Shopping, groceries, bank etc is all within 5 minute drive or easy walk from the place, including being next to Hoag, half a mile from 2 parks and a mile form the beach. The entire unit is $3300 with a $1000 security deposit per person. Water, sewer, trash and gas are all included with rent.
