Must pay 1/3 electric. Unit has 1 1/2 bathrooms. Small, fenced in back yard with seating . No pets, no smokers, no couples, no children. Had a bad experience with former roomie’s guests, PLEASE VISIT YOUR GUESTS INSTEAD. NO EXCEPTIONS. I stand firm on that. If you can’t get with that , my apologies, but there are other places to choose from. I sincerely wish you luck with no malice whatsoever in my heart. Sorry I’m not trying to be a warden , just trying to keep the peace and a brutha loves peace ☮️ 💗😉. You buy your OWN food. So if you feel you can deal with this, can afford 600 dollars a month, 1/3 electric bill, can deal with my “ no visitors” rule , and is clean,extremely responsible, and honest, hit me up. After we have become more familiar and comfortable with each other, most likely I will loosen up on the “no visitors” rule. Like I said not doing this to be an ass , just trying protect my stuff.

Non smoker , gbm , kind of private at times, clean . I work full time, have a clean background history. Covid-19 free so far. Prefer a responsible, humorous…. (I LOVE HUMOR) non smoking , mature( older) gay male or gay female roomie, that’s set in stone. Cannabis friendly to a certain extent. As long as the place doesn’t smell like 🌳 💨. Lol 😂
