I am temporarily sharing room with my brother. He is staying with me until ends of August. My brother and I are friendly and chill. We both speak spanish and english.

I like to keep my place clean since I have 2 dogs (21lbs ea.). They are house trained and love to stare at human food. Prefer someone who loves pets and do not mind dogs jumping on the couch or sleeping on it (they walk freely around the apartment). No smokers. No pets since I already have 2 living in the unit. No long-term overnight stay guests without consulting/arranging with me :)
