Apartment is 1160+ square feet. You will have your own private bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom with a shower/tub.

The shared space includes a kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, coat closet, entryway and balcony.

It’s a nice neighborhood for walking dogs and venturing out. It’s a short walk to restaurants, bars, fitness studios, shops, and downtown. And, there is easy access to 25.

Because it’s a smaller building with no pool, I’ve noticed that tenants skew toward more professional and established tenants. The building tends to be low-key and quiet.

I’m big into outdoors and love being outside and exploring. In the summers, I spend most my time hiking, traveling and out with friends, but we’ll see how this summer shakes out with everything going on.

I have one small dog, who goes most places with me. She’s tiny in stature, very quiet and rarely yaps as some small dogs do. She gets along with other animals, but isn’t much into playing since she’s getting on in years.

I’ve been spending a lot of time playing the piano, cooking, baking, golfing, going on walks…really anything that keeps me active.

I work in marketing and currently work from home. The hope is I’ll be back in an office by the time a new roommate moves in.

My living style is clean and quiet. Don’t get me wrong, there may be the occasional clutter when things are busy, but I keep a tidy kitchen and like to keep common areas as tidy as possible.
