We’re two professional males offering our Livingroom for rent to a single person. The space (about 190 square feet) includes a huge room space 16.5 X 11.5 plus private patio restroom and a small closet. There is easy access to the kitchen, bathroom, & front door. Our place is one block away from Bascom Ave, 10 minutes walking distance from Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, Bascom Station of the Green line light rail and Los Gatos Creek Trail. Convenient 5 minute access to 17, 280 and 880 Fwys. 10 minutes away from Santana Row. Plenty of stores markets and restaurants in the area. Hardwood floors in the apartment and you will have access to the kitchen as well. The room is unfurnished. The rent will be $850.00 with utilities included (water, trash, electricity, internet and basic cable). Coin operated laundry onsite with plenty of street parking. $850.00 refundable deposit and $35 non-refundable credit check. We need someone with fairly decent credit score (above 680). Making at least three times the rent a month.

We are two male professionals working on regular 8-5 shifts. As with most people nowadays we are currently working from home. But we leave early on the weekdays otherwise. Our routine is early to rise and early to bed and are looking for someone with the same routine. We are looking for a professional, clean, respectful, quiet roommate, non-smoker, non-heavy drinker, no drugs, no overnight visitors and no loud noises after 9 pm. We take shifts to keep the general areas of the house tidy and organized, and we expect our new roommate to share in that responsibility.
