Hi! My two friends and I are working for a 4 bedroom house. Either you could split the master with someone I know who is willing to share a room and pay $690 or you could pay $900 for your own room. The house is located in Point Loma and is very nice! It has a backyard deck and is 1400 sq ft.
About the roomies
All 3 of us attend PLNU and we are all females. We aren’t opposed to male roommates if you and your male friend want to share the master or if you’re male and just want the private room. We are very chill people and are looking for other people like us to share the house!
