Hi! I, like you, am in need of a roommate! I’m moving into a new home in Arvada - a three-bedroom home in a pretty charming little neighborhood with access to a private lake and a community pool and spa. (I just bought a paddleboard to use on the lake, and any roommate of mine could use it as well. ;) Awesome closet and storage space. Two car garage. Backyard patio that opens out into an open park space. Furnished room is likely an option as well.

A little about me… I am a traveler an adventurer at heart…but also a lover of home and hearth. I am originally from Costa Rica - I’m “tica” as is my mom, and my dad is a “gringo” from the US. :) I have a nine-year-old son who is my everything and is an absolute joy. He is with his father for three nights out of the week – Dad and I are good friends and make a good team co-parenting our kid. We also have two dogs who love to play and are loveable as hell. I’m pretty active with my Taoist yoga and meditation training but also know how to let my hair down when the occasion calls for it. I absolutely love to cook, and any person under my roof will likely eat quite well as I love to feed people and feed them good ;) (But everyone pitches for groceries!!) My house is four-twenty friendly, obviously to be done responsibly given my nine-year-old, (only vape indoors, and when children are not present..and if you wanna smoke a J, take it outside) but I would respect whatever your position is on that issue and operate accordingly…. (However, cigarettes in house = dealbreaker).
