Private room/full bathroom in a nice, quiet neighborhood near downtown Redlands, walking distance and close driving distance to, grocery store, University of Redlands, freeway access and downtown. Current roommate is a working professional (healthcare)also a delivery driver; women in late 30’s/5yo child, one friendly dog and cats in the home. Home is a Christian home (blessed, cleaned and anointed) same lifestyle/like minded person will be considered.

Room is regular size (fits full size bed and dresser just fine), has a window that allows natural sunlight, carpet flooring in bedroom (upstairs) and hard floors everywhere else (bathrooms & downstairs) . There is a bathroom upstairs and kitchen access. Street parking only (FCFS), laundry onsite and nearby.

Rent is $975/m. Utilities not included. Gas, electric, wifi separate. Security deposit: $600 as well as first & last months rent due upon move in. Looking for a female (not opposed to a working/student Male) roommate that is between the ages 25-45, working full time (not from home) or student , no additional pets, no couples. I do not like drama! No parties, mature people will be considered. Must be a clean person. Also, communication is very important in a roommate situation.

I am a Christian, I have an ACTIVE relationship with God! I have old fashioned values, communication is important to me, I am honest, well kept, clean and respectful person and expect the same.

For a roommate (FEMALE ONLY) I strongly desire a like minded person (Christian with an active relationship) that is positive (no “Debbie Downers”), peaceful, happy and respectful and most of all have faith in God. I am friendly and appreciate conversation and communication. I don’t allow multiple people coming in and out of my home for it is a stable environment. I am a pretty sweet person by nature, however; I am very protective of my child and I’m all about keeping my home stable and as routine as possible.
