Hello - I have 3 BR, 2BA house, with a full basement and garage. – looking for 2nd roommate. 3 total ppl. Semi retired black lawyer, 58 yo. I work Europe & travel frequently, so I am NOT in Chicago for 6-7 months per year. I maintain a small bedroom here all the time. PLEASE TEXT FIRST CONTACT
Room is 20 x 30, warmest, coolest (in summer) and all the time, quietest room in house. RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILS INCL: Wifi, W/D, dw, central air, loads of storage space, areas for hardware, tools, workbench, handyman stuff, big back yard, basement liv room w/sep bath, pool table! About the roomies
