The room has been used as an office, and I am happy to leave the desk/chair and sofa if you’d like to use them. Otherwise, I will move them to storage so you have space for your own furniture. The property is smoke-free.

Rent is with UTILITIES INCLUDED. Security deposit of $350 required if bringing pets. (Currently no pets in apartment). Will need to sign that you are responsible for pet damage to furniture if the total is beyond the deposit. Otherwise, just first month’s rent is fine (upon move in - then every month after). Lease ends on 1/6/21, so we can discuss continuing to rent after or moving on.

I am a 28 yr old woman from NC. As you may have guessed from some of the photos, I am an artist. I got my BFA from SCAD Atlanta. However, I am currently pursuing a career change for the medical field.

I try to keep busy during the day, and am often out. Or, if I am home, I am studying/working. I do like a good glass of wine and gossip session in the evening though!

I love animals, but do not currently have any in the apartment. I have two horses, though, and grew up riding jumpers.
