1 room available in a beautiful, huge 3 bedroom 1.5 bath Astoria apartment starting August 1! The available room is the largest of the three and has a private half bath en suite.

The basics: -$1200/month -16x10ft, not including private half bath en suite -Heat, A/C, Water all included -Wifi and electricity usually work out to ~$45pp/month total -Off 46th St stop on M/R, and between 30th Ave and Astoria Blvd stops on N/W -No washer/dryer in building, but laundromat is right around the corner -Close to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, bars, laundromats, salons

The apartment was recently renovated, has hardwood floors, separate kitchen, separate dining area, tons of natural light, built-in A/Cs in each room, and a dishwasher in the kitchen. My current roommates will be taking most of the furniture in the common areas, so we will be free to decorate/furnish however we want! The landlords live in the building and are very responsive.

I am a woman in my mid-20s. I work in publishing and am currently WFH for the foreseeable future. I am fairly tidy and enjoy a good Netflix binge and baking. I am currently looking to fill two rooms in the apartment.
