About the room
This is a private bedroom with private bath in our wonderful home in Louisville, CO. We are a 10min walk from dowtown Louisville and in a very peaceful and convenient location near shopping centers/coffee shops. The house has 2 bedrooms on main level and 2 bedrooms in the basement. There is also an area to have guests stay over near the back patio door with a very cool integrated ladder to get to the space! ..Lease is a one year lease with option to sublet only with landlord written approval.
About the roomies
You will live with 3 other roommates. 2 males and 1 female. We all have stable jobs in healthcare and stay busy throughout the week. We mostly keep to ourselves but will hang out occasionally. Everyone is chill, respectful, and outgoing!
