Amazing location in Park Slope, two blocks from Prospect Park [Roomies says Carroll Gardens but the apartment is in Park Slope]. Top floor of a brownstone with access to the roof. It’s a quiet neighborhood, a 5-minute walk from Union St. Subway Station (D, N, R, W) , 7th Av (B, Q) and Grand Army Plaza (2, 3, 4). You will be sharing the apartment with one other person. This is a great apartment to share as the rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. Lots of space for New York standards. Looking for someone respectful, clean, quiet and who knows how to communicate. The house has a lot of plants and I’m quite serious about recycling and separating the trash, so it would be great to find someone who is environmentally conscious. No couples. LGBT friendly. Flexible stay. Long or short term.
