Come see your new home! We have multiple rooms coming available (mid July/August) in a newly renovated home near Charles Village.
You are just 10 minutes from Johns Hopkins Hospital, JHU, Morgan State, Loyola, and Notre Dame. And only 5 minutes to Charles Village.

About your roommates: Maximum of 4 other house mates at any given time (including property manager and partner) Property manager and partner live on 3rd floor. Share a safe home with professionals and/or mature students.
Notice to potential tenants: Must be LGBT friendly. No couples may purchase one bedroom. There is a small dog staying with property manager in her room only. No other pets allowed. No smoking inside home (420 friendly outdoors only). A cleaning fee may deducted from security deposit upon departure. Thereβs a 6 month minimum lease requirement, however, you must notify property manager 30 days in advance should you decide to end your lease early. 1-month rent security deposit will be required. Proof of employment or school must be provided. If unable to provide this, a background check may be obtained and cost added to first months payment.
About the roomies
Property manager and partner live on site. Both young professionals late 20s, early 30s
