• It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex. I’ve lived in this duplex for 4 years and love the area! It is located in the downtown Beaverton area–walking distance to the Beaverton farmers market, cute downtown Beaverton coffeeshops, and restaurants, Beaverton library, and near by parks. The neighborhood is super safe and quiet! Lots of off-street parking and nearby parks to walk to.

• House has washer/dryer, dishwasher, and shared appliances.

• There’s hardwood floors throughout the house, and it’s a cute mid-century duplex with large windows in the living room.

• There are grocery stores (Natural Grocers, Trader Joe’s, Fred Myers, Target) all within a 5-8 minute drive.

• The for rent is unfurnished and gets lots of natural light.

I’m a 30 yr old female, who works full-time from home as a graphic designer, into health/wellness/yoga, and am looking for another female around my age to be a roommate :)

I enjoy those friendly in-passing conversations with my roommate, and I also value personal time. On the weekends, I enjoy socializing with friends (lots of socially distant hikes these days!), going to visit my partner who lives out of town, or making art at home.

I value keeping common areas clean, creating a positive shared living experience, and open communication. I also have a sweet cat who is friendly that I take care of, so I’m looking for someone who also likes cats/animals :) I am thoughtfully conscientious about CV-19, and am looking for someone who is as well.

My partner who lives out of town comes and stays a couple nights a week, about 1x a month. We are both super respectful, and when he is here we usually are out hiking, walking, and being active.
