The property grounds itself is safe, quiet, and very clean. Wide-open spaces to take a walk, or sit outside.

The bedroom itself is spacious, has lots of light and I keep it clean. The entire apartment is always cleaned, and well maintained.

I don’t smoke cigarettes, party hard, or do hard drugs, so I expect to get someone who is the same in that regard.

The bedroom is furnished a bit, but I welcome you to bring your own bed, and anything else that will make it feel like your room.

$700 a month which includes ALL utilities. Electric, water/sewer, gas, internet with wifi, trash, and video streaming services.

Please message me and I will provide you with my background, and any other info you need. I would like to have a video chat or meet in person to see if we are a good fit for each other. Keep in mind, I have a 9 lb dog. He is very friendly, but if you have a cat or dog, that’s something we will need to work out.

Anyone who applies and if accepted, you will need to be on the lease officially and be financially responsible for your share. No criminal background, and must be able to provide proof of income.

It’s just me (Anthony) and my 9 lb. dog that lives here. We have our own private room. He and I are very friendly and he doesn’t bite. I am a working 9 to 5 professional but love to chat, have fun, and make my guests feel welcome. If you don’t want much interaction, that is also fine. All I expect of you really is for you to pay for your share, clean up after yourself and just be respectful. Common sense stuff.
