Hi! I am a pretty low-key guy, get along easily with most people, and generally keep to myself. The house will always be pretty clean, but I am not OCD about stuff either. I am listing well under market value for 1 major reason. His name is Ringo, and he is a very excited 80lbs Staffordshire terrier (Pittbull). I travel a lot for work. up to 50% of the time, sometimes for 2-3 week trips. The reason I am asking so low a rent price is because I am looking for a roomie who will also take on the responsibility of walking/feeding/loving Ringo while I am away. Added benefit to this is that you’ll get the house to yourself a lot! The bedroom is furnished, but if you are bringing your own furniture I can remove mine as long as it isn’t a short term rental.
