Two massive bedrooms are available in a spacious four bedroom apartment for move in on September 1st. Each bedroom is $975 a month plus utilities. The rooms are equal size, though one is rectangular and one is square. The rooms have multiple full size windows, a full closet, and already have AC units installed. The apartment is located right off Washington Street in Hoboken and has a massive living quarters, including a large kitchen with two refrigerators and tons of cabinet space, and a full size kitchen table. The living room is divided into two sections: one common area with three large couches and a flat screen TV, and one slightly smaller office area with a large desk for anyone who wants to work from home. Laundry is conveniently located in the building next door. We’re looking for someone laid back to move in.

Both tenants are in their mid-20s and enjoy sports and cooking. Both and pretty quiet and laid back, looking for similar qualities.
