NEED SOMEONE TO TAKE MY LEASE ASAP!!! LOOKING FOR COLLEGE AGED FEMALE If you’re looking for great roommates and a great place to live I have the perfect place for you!!! So I currently live in a HUGE house 10 minute walk from campus with my 3 best friends! It’s right on University so close. My roommates are my best friends and a year younger than me and I just graduated. They’re still living here but I need someone to take my lease ASAP so I can move out and begin my post grad job hunt! The lease runs from now until May 26, 2021. I’m looking for someone to take it ASAP to move in June! You would have your own bedroom upstairs and share a large bathroom with 2 girls. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Our downstairs roommate has an ESA cat who is the sweetest cat in the world. The craftsman style house has a giant backyard, 4 car parking, a huge basement (great for birthday parties!!), 2 living rooms, dining room, and a large kitchen with TONS of storage space. The basement is SO SPACIOUS and huge and the laundry (washer+dryer+table to fold clothes) is in a separate room in the basement so whenever we have friends over they don’t see our laundry haha. There is SO MUCH storage throughout the house in every room basically. The garage isn’t used for parking because of inconvenience, but there is 4+ car parking in the driveway and lot. The house is the cutest house ever and in such a great location. It’s the cutest shade of green and so unique and vintage. The house is completely furnished except for my bedroom that you would take. My bedroom is spacious with a great closet and a beautiful view from the vintage windows. Central Air/Heat too. Our landlord is really attentive and easy to work with. It’s $450 a month plus around 30-40 for all utilities (gas, electric, wifi)

My roommates are my best friends in the world and great easygoing people, so no fear of roommate trouble. They are fun and like to go out to the bars but we also are dedicated to our studies and know when to be quiet. We have tons of movie days and nights we have even dedicated a room in our house to the TikTok making room. They are very inclusive so if you’re looking for friendly roommates this house is perfect for you.
