Rachel's room

Room for rent in charming two room, one bathroom house. Rent is $400 plus WiFi, Energy and Renter’s insurance. We are on a well system so there is no water bill! The house dates back to the 1930s and has lots of charm and character, but has been maintained very well. Room includes original parkay flooring and walk-in closet. Spacious enough for a single or queen bed and dresser, etc. Rest of the house would be shared, including bathroom, kitchen, living room/dining room, large screened porch, car port, two sheds for storage, and washer/dryer. It is a small home, yet spacious enough for three people. We are ten minutes from plenty of grocery stores, shopping centers, bars and restaurants, and historical downtown Sanford. Five minutes from the 417 if you need to commute, but you never hear the traffic. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with old Florida charm, surrounded by an abundance of nature.

We are a young, laid back couple with two sweet cats. My name is Rachel, I work full time at a high end retailer in Winter Park, FL. My boyfriend Clint works full-time in flooring construction. We enjoy socializing but are respectful of other’s need for space. Smokers are fine providing it is done outside. Drinking is fine too providing it doesn’t get out of hand. Looking for a responsible, professional and/or student person who wants a peaceful and fun environment to live in for at least 12 months. We enjoy entertaining our close friends most weekends but are considerate about it. All we really ask is that you respect us, our cats and our belongings, as we would respect you and yours. And that bills are paid in a timely manner. :)
