We are looking for a laid back, easy going Gay Male Housemate , will consider Gay Friendly Male. He needs to have a stable secure job. His own reliable transportation. There is No public transportation in our area. Uber and Lyft are not considered your transportation. He must keep his area of the house tidy and clean at all times. We have had issues in the past, it is strictly enforced. Non Smokers only, NO drugs ……. The room we have for rent is upstairs and it’s large… All Utilities are included….It is unfurnished. There is a walk in closet with racks for hanging and storage. Just a few steps away is your private bathroom. It is added after the original owner built the home. It is unusual because it was placed in the sloped part of our roof. It is simple yet functional with a mix matched vanity, toilet and tub with shower. Separate entrance (Front Door), You may have a small refrigerator in your room. 1 Parking place outside. We have to mention that we use AC window units in warm weather and space heater in the winter throughout the house. Our central units need to be replaced ……. Our shared living space is the kitchen and laundry area. We have a nice covered back porch and gazebo, front porch. A Huge yard that sits on 1.5 acres. Easy access to major interstates via back roads, around 25 minutes. Grocery Store is 5 minutes away. Other things will be discussed later .

Our Story If you want peace and quiet, our home is perfect.. Our beautiful home is located out in the country in Stockbridge. We are a laid back easy going Gay Couple that have been together 22 years. I’m Michael, age 55 young at heart. I try not to take things so serious. When I’m working you will find me in a Hair Salon 4 days a week. My husband Ken, age 60. He is kind , gentle and very laid back. 5 days a week he works in an office as an Accountant. We both are relaxed when it comes to our clothes when at home. You can be too.. LOL ……. Together we take care of our home that we have lived in for 17 yrs. We are most definitely home Bodies. Enjoy Spending time watching TV , Netflix and Prime.. Etc. Hanging out at home…. We LOVE Christmas , if you don’t your not not the one ! It can take us to 2 months to decorate…. We have 2 Furbabies, Shaggy is nearly blind, sweet boy, 17 yrs old Dachshund. Zeus is the protector of the house. He lets you know it too. Stands his ground until he get to know you. He’s a 7yrs old Doberman Mix. They both will bark when they hear strange noises. We have strict rules when it come to them ……. message me us if interested …
