Quiet drug/alcohol-free household shared by respectful professionals and students that are into personal growth, the environment, art, and social justice. When there is not a pandemic, I cook dinner several times a week and we invite friends over to eat, play board games, and go for walks to the beach.
Covid-safe household (at least one housemate is immune compromised). Household members work from home (or work outside the home in isolation, but not in public).
Utilities are about $130ish, and include wireless. Rent is month-to-month. Shared chores / house-projects at a minimum of four hours a month. No pets (although small pets like fish will probably be approved by all housemates).
About me: I study psychology and business and do some small business and IT consulting. My interests include the safety of future generations, health, facilitation, nature, and the environment. I do not watch TV. Before moving to Santa Cruz, I have been a composer, a farmer, a knitter, a cook, a game designer, and a miniature gardener.
