APPLICANTS: MUST be a tenant who prefers a clean living space. Because we share the kitchen/cookware, we expect all roommates to clean up after themselves each time they eat/cook.
No couples. Must work/school 40 hours per week.
ABOUT THE ROOM that is available: Furnished Room with carpeted floors, bed, dresser and closet. Room was renovated earlier this year. Room comes with walk in closet and private bathroom.
2nd room option: Farley larger room, hardwood floor with ceiling fan and sliding door to backyard. Same rate: $1100 per month. Shared bathroom.
Laundry and dryer on site.
Security Deposit of $500 is required.
