Free WiFi. Laundry inside. Access to kitchen and living area. Preferred working professionals or student w/ job or stable income. Someone who takes COVID seriously and take all precautions. Not spacious enough for kids or couples. No pets allowed. No smoking or drinking. No party and overnight guests allowed. Parking permit can be applied with $135 annual fee per car or you can park on any close by streets on your own responsibility. Prefer long term lease. Background and employment check will be required.

You will be sharing house with 4 other housemates. All working professionals. No 420, no drugs, no party. Non smoker and non drinker. We all are clean and responsible people and looking for someone similar.
