Large single house with 5 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, about 2.1 miles to Livingston campus, near supermarket, shopping center, Rt287, Edison train station. You can rent per room between $750 and $850 depend on room size (allow one person).
About the roomies
So far only rented one room to a PHD student. This is Jeff who is landlord. I do not live in the house. It’s mainly renting to students and post college students. The rental included all utilities and WIFI with fair price. Welcome clean and organized students.
