Jeremy's room

We have a house in Rio Vista. We are looking for a gay man to rent the room. No couples and no women. You will have a room with a bed in it, Nothing else. Pictures show a chair. The chair is just there till someone comes in. There is parking on the street in front of the house, No drive way parking. You will have a shared bathroom between the husband and I or which ever family comes over. Pat and I do have our own bathroom but at times the other is closer. We also want a guy who loves dogs, we have 2 dogs one is 80lbs the other is 15lbs. We have a pool that you’ll be able to use when it’s clean. I try to keep up on it. A kitchen if ya want to use at times as well. If you want Dtv which is what we have, you will have to pay for the additional box and into the bill for having the box. And cause if this covid thing. We politely ask that you wash hands everytime you come home and sanitize before touching stuff. We are COVID free and would like to stay that way.

Also house is usually at eighty and eighty five due to only using a swamp cooler but at night we turn in the central air to sleep comfy. So during the day it’s hot and sucks lol
