Nice spacious drive way in front of house, with your own parking space. Clean, neat and organized. It is safe and quiet inside and out. Huge area for walking or biking. Clean environment. No pets, alcohol or drugs. No smokers, even if you want to smoke outside.

Owner is respectful, honest, and open to communicate, It is very important that we both feel comfortable. I offer flexibility and help when is needed. Each one will enjoy privacy and peaceful time. Open to negotiate at time of interview.
