Hi Y’all

We live in a furnished, three story home which was rehabbed 2 years ago. The house has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It has central air and heat. We have a washer and dryer on the first floor The house is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Berks stop and just two blocks from the local supermarket and planet fitness.

Currently two rooms available approximately 14 by 14 with a large closet. One bathroom is shared while the other is private. Rent is $750 (and $800) depending on size of room per month plus utilities (includes internet) and is usually around $100 - $150 on average.

Us: We are 3 (now 2) cool christian guys. We are friendly, clean and fairly quiet. We share household chores using a rotating system. Some of us like to cook, we also like to hang out at home, or go out in the neighborhood.

We are looking for a roommate, male or female, who is considerate and ideally has a similar work schedule. Cleanliness is a MUST. No smoking and preferably no pets. We require a one-year lease with first and last month’s rent and a one-month security deposit. A rental application is required prior to a lease offer.
