Looking to sublease my room July 1st - September 30th, with the possibility to renew after September if you like living there. Open to shorter subleases too.

Room can come furnished with: bed, mattress, desk, chair, and lamps (room for rent is the one with a red star in floor plan) ~Your roommates are a male and female in their 20s working in finance and accounting. They are clean and easygoing folks who can do their own thing, but can also enjoy hanging out over dinner/games/drinks when the evening calls for it ~This unit is a 2 bedroom + flex, which means no living room, but there’s a kitchen with large countertops and countertop seating. In-unit washer & dryer + dishwasher (floor plan in photos) ~The building has a number of amenities including: doorman, common spaces, gym, roof top deck, lounges and outdoor bbq. ~The location is super convenient. You’re across the street from City Point (shopping & restaurants) and under a 5-minute walk to most major subway lines (N, R, Q, B, F, M, A, C, 2, 3). One stop away from Manhattan

You will be living with two roommates, one female and one male. Both are in their mid 20’s and very easy going, nice individuals who are down to chill or do their own thing. One works in accounting and the other in finance. Happy to hope on a group call to introduce everyone if you would like.
