**** ROOM IS AVAILABLE NOW**** Renting a master bedroom in my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. It’s a large spacious unit in the back lower level of a 6 unit complex. Common areas are large living room, dining room, & kitchen. There is a front door & a back door, which makes moving in very easy! There are plenty of beautiful newly paneled windowsills in the living room.. The apartment comes with a wall heater & a/c in the living room. I have an automatic washer that I share in the kitchen, but there is one cash washer & dryer on site. I pay for the gas & use the one parking spot in the car port. There is plenty of street parking readily available in this quiet & safe neighborhood. Since I pay gas & the landlord pays water, trash, & sewage the only fees split would be electric & wifi. Also important to note, I have a small dog, in case of allergies - she is super friendly. When I’m not home she stays in my room. When I am working, I bartend & serve in 2 restaurants, so I’m usually working nights & weekends. I’d love to find someone who is laid back, responsible, enjoys having a fairly clean apartment to come home to, & if we mesh well dinner gatherings would be a perk, but I’m open to respecting each other’s space as well. I enjoy having people over on occasion & would love to find someone who enjoys the same & makes my apartment their apartment as well! There is also plenty of closet space in the hall & another closet in the living room. The room will be unfurnished. The common areas are pretty furnished as I have been here for 4 years. TV with a firestick in the living room with access to hbo,showtime, starz, amazon, hulu, netflix, & jackbox games - all at your disposal! Please let me know if you have any questions!

I think I mentioned a little about myself in the apartment description. Lol. I’m pretty easy going. I don’t mind gatherings, 420, alcohol, and I’m not someone who feels you need to check in with me if you have someone over. We are adults. I enjoy art, museums, concerts, movies, hiking, & camping. Oh, & I absolutely love Halloween & scary mazes!
