So far it’s just me! I’m quite laidback. I work from home most of the time and spend a great deal of my spare time producing music in my studio, in the gym or just exploring out and about in the city. Your room will be on the 2nd level and you will also have your own private bathroom. The kitchen/living room is also on the 2nd level and the terrace is on the 4th level (beautiful views of the Houston skyline that you will absolutely love) :-)
