Looking for a roommate. The apartment is a nice and roomy space for two. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Both bedrooms are upstairs along with one bathroom and 2 hall closets. Downstairs, there is another bathroom, the living room, the kitchen, and a small room with a washer and drier. You would need your own furniture for your room. The neighbors are friendly and wonderful to talk to if you ever run into them. Other than rent, you would have to pay for internet and power. The internet is normally $26.95 per person and the power bill averages about $45 per person. The apartment is about a mile from the University of Southern Mississippi, so it is easy to get to and from class.

Looking for a roommate. A student would be greatly welcomed. I’d like a roommate who is calm and quiet like me or who keeps their parties out of the apartment. I like to keep things clean, so I would appreciate someone who wants to do the same, but your room is your room so go ham. The only rooms I worry about being clean are mostly the common areas. Feel free to have guests over, just try not to get too rowdy. We can always negotiate food situations. Overall, I’m just looking for someone that is chill.

I am a marine biology major at USM. I’m looking for a roommate because my previous roommate is now living in the sorority houses. I am a pretty chill roommate. I’m always willing to talk if you’d like, but mostly I keep to myself in my room doing homework, playing video games, or watching tv. I have friends over from time to time, but I always make sure that we would never be in your way, or too loud, etc. If there is ever a problem, feel free to talk to me and we can work out a solution. I’m pretty easy going and never had any issues in the past. Most of the time during the day, I will be at my classes or on campus. I’m used to living with people given that I have 4 siblings and get along with them well, so I’m used to sharing rooms or close spaces.
