I moved out of my apartment and am looking for someone to take over my room by August 1st! No security deposit needed. Background check required. My roommate and I live in a beautiful building called the Rivington in uptown Hoboken, which is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, with a balcony facing a cute cafe called Dolce & Salato. This apartment is newly renovated and has a balcony, dishwasher, washer/dryer unit, open kitchen, walk-in closet, 24-hour fitness center and a relaxing courtyard. The Rivington is walkable to shops, dining and Washington Street’s nightlife in uptown Hoboken. Inside and outside parking available at the Rivington!

Casey is my roommate who you would be living with. She is a 32 year old female who is very friendly, clean and responsible. Casey enjoys to cook, eat healthy and be active whether she is doing pilates, taking a HIT class or biking all around Hoboken. We do not have any pets.
