Hello all, this bedroom is located on the first floor of our two story townhome. It has its own private entrance, high ceiling, and own patio. You will have exclusive access to the downstairs bathroom, which is located right next to the room (see photos). You also have access to use the common areas of the home, which include the kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. We’re looking for a roommate that can keep the shared spaces of the townhome well kept and clean, and has a profession (or is studying full-time for one).

We will occasionally have friends over to visit and we enjoy grabbing drinks and food at the local bars. We like to hike and spend time outdoors as well.
