About the space: It is a new build home, 3 min drive to the Pearl and 4 blocks from St. Mary’s. The room you’d be staying in is secluded from the living area w/ garage parking (uncommon downtown!). Room can be furnished/unfurnished. You would have your own bathroom. Due to privacy reasons, when we connect, I will send you the zillow pics. Pros: Monthly housekeeper to clean bathrooms/common space, security system, bomb kitchen, month to month terms- we can be flexible, discount for 6+ month leases <3
