Oak Street

This is a three story townhome with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The first floor is the living room, kitchen, half bath, and storage while both the second and third floor have two bedrooms and a bathroom. This is an excellent location for a student, as it is close to the UO campus and less than a block away from Safeway. Since the people currently moving into this townhome are two guys and one girl, our plan is to have the second floor be the “guys floor” and the third floor be the “girls floor”.

Hi! I am a current UO grad student in the chemistry program. On July 1st I will be moving into this townhome with two other people in the chemistry program (Arman and Efrain are their names). We’re super easy going and clean people who are looking for a roommate similar to us! Our fourth roommate decided to master out of the PhD program, so we’re hoping to fill that spot!
