Andrew's room

The house is a 4 bed 2 full bath, shared kitchen and laundry room, separate/shared bathroom, utilities are included. The back two rooms are up for rent: Room 1, has its own entrance and Room 2 has an air conditioner. Both rooms have a closet, wood laminate flooring, and blinds. No Heater in the back of the house.
