Firstly: I have to ask questions about you and making sure this would work out before I agree.

Secondly: ONLY ONE PET IS ALLOWED, FIRST ACCEPTED, FIRST DIBS. I have a therapy cat so it would have to be one cat or one dog that you have. I’m sorry but it’s the apartment rules. With a pet, if it isn’t your therapy pet, it is $300 for a deposit. So the first person with a pet, that is the only one we can have and it is the only bill you have to worry about for June.

Lastly: YOU WOULD HAVE TO APPLY AND BE APPROVED. I WILL SEND YOU THE URL ONCE I FEEL THIS WOULD WORK OUT BETWEEN US. 2 roommates would make the rent $375, 3 roommates would make it $250. Either way, we’d have to make 3x’s the amount of rent. We’d just have to worry about splitting vectren and wifi. Washer and dryer hookups. Not quite sure if the washer and dryer we have now we’ll have when my roommate moves out but it was free. The past roommate never cleaned them out and we have to figure out what is missing from the dryer and fix it as well

First and foremost: I like to be upfront when I say I am on disability for mental health issues and some physical. I am usually at appointments a lot during the week and I’m receiving the help I need. I’ve had the right therapist that treats disassociative identity disorder (formerly known as multiple personality disorder.)

Secondly: I don’t party, I’m pretty clean and I have a cat already who is my therapy pet.
