The renter is a 45yr old female she has a son who is transgender teenager hes a great kid. She has a 10yr old daughter that is here every other week. She has a 14yr old foster kid. They are all great. They do have cats. There is washer dryer also. Need a stable working female 35-55yrs old that loves the family life. Available end of June.
