This is the perfect place for anybody looking for a spacious place and private bath. It comes with a living/office space and bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom comes with its own google mini and can control the smart lights that are installed. All utilities are included such as water, electric, gas and tv/internet. All the furniture in the pictures come included as well but it can also be taken out upon request if you would rather not have it. There is a shared living room and kitchen and the laundry can be found downstairs conveniently next to your private living/office room. We would prefer a student or young adult

My girlfriend and I are KSU students and are both employed. I’m a big car guy and love everything about them. On our free time we love baking, cooking and playing Xbox.
