Brian's room

Large, secluded 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Chino Hills/Carbon Canyon. The house has a pool/spa, and there would be 1 garage spot available. The two bottom floor bedrooms are available, and I’d like to find 2 additional roommates or 1 person who would be interested in both rooms.

I mainly work from home during the daytime and out during the evenings, and will be occupying 2 bedrooms of a 4 bedroom house. I am a musician, but I am mostly very quiet and keep to myself. In “normal times”, I also travel for large portions of the year and am away often for short periods of time. Overall, I try to be very respectful/considerate and would expect the same from any potential roommates.
