The living room is mostly used as a sitting area without TV/electronics to cater to all professionals with various working schedules. Very large kitchen for the cooks in everyone. Outdoor is a place to escape the world, with a pool/fountain surrounded by palms and fruit trees. Fruit trees available for picking depending on season include: lemons, limes, nectarines, figs, avocados, persimmons, apples. There is a bbq accessible on property. No pets allowed. Rooms are single occupancy. Home is not child friendly . I am currently renting to three other traveling nurses. They are quiet, respectful, and clean. Both have different work schedules. They work long hours, it is rarely see both of them at the same time at home.
