I am a physician taking a year off for research working at BMC-Dermatology. I have a 2Bed/2Bath apartment in James Court which is located right across from BU Dental School. I’m looking for a 3rd roommate willing to sign a 12-month lease starting July 1st. The living room is very big and I plan on putting a temporary wall which will divide the living room into a 3rd bedroom and a smaller shared space with a TV and a couch (please see photos for reference for a similar setup in the same apartment building). The bathroom will be shared with 1 orthodontist starting her residency who will be staying in the smaller room.

Rent is $1030/month Electricity and WiFi is about $60-90/month Parking is also available if needed
