Master suite in two bedroom apartment, I am looking for someone to takeover my lease (ends Dec 4th), I’m subsidizing part of the rent.

This is the master bedroom in a corner unit apartment of the Summer House Apartment Complex. The room is quite large, has an ensuite bathroom, and a large closet. The apartment has a good view of downtown Stamford, washer & dryer, and the apartment staff is very friendly/professional.

The complex has many amenities such as: a lounge area, work stations, gym, pool , and rooftop recreation area.

You will be living with George, a 23 year old, recent graduate from Columbia University currently studying for the Mcat for medical school. He is a sweet and courteous guy who will get along with anyone who chooses to live in this excellent apartment.
