This apartment is located conveniently between Central and Harvard Square. It is a 10-minute walk to both locations. We have a neighborhood coffee shop a few doors down where you can work or study. The 1 Bus is a 2-minute walk down the road, and the river is a 3-minute walk away.

The cost of the room is $875, and is 14’x14’ with a closet and a built-in shelf/storage area. An upright piano is kept inside the room. The room has two windows and gets a nice amount of light during the daytime. You would be living in a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. There is a free washer and dryer unit that is located in the basement. Utilities are included in the room price, and the internet is an additional $23 per month.

Looking for a short-term tenant, no pets.

Currently, there are three female professionals ages 22-32 living here that work in academia, tech, and consulting.

Some of our interests include: Skiing, cooking, dinner parties, watching k-dramas and bad television, live music, hot pot and sushi, movie nights, hiking, day trips, motorcycles, going out dancing, and rock climbing.

We are tidy, and we take turns cleaning the house and rotating through chores. We love to throw an occasional house party, eat chips and salsa, and we enjoy a nice houseplant.
