Kimberly's room

I’m looking for a new female renter and the room will be available March 1st. Rent is $500 plus $100 for utilities, totalling $600/mo.

The house is on the southeast side of Nashville, in the W Glencliff neighborhood, near the corner of Thompson Lane and Nolensville Pike. The neighborhood is up and coming and in a great location. Interstates 65, 24 and 440 are all within 2.5 miles, and Broadway is only 5 miles away. Baja Burrito is just down the street, as well as several other restaurants, Guitar Center, Walmart, Aldi, Kroger, and the 100 Oaks shopping center.

The house is a 5 bedroom, 2 bath house. There is a twin bed and desk in the bedroom. The rest of the house is furnished as well. No cats or dogs are allowed.

A deposit of $600 is required to hold the room for you and for the remainder of your stay, but is refundable at the end of your lease if everything is taken care of properly.

Renters will ideally stay at least 6 months*, after that, I simply need a 45 day written notice, ending on the last day of a month. *I can do a shorter lease for $25/month more. Friends of roommates are welcome to come over as long as everyone is respectful of the house and roommates.

I am looking for: • Female • No pets outside an aquarium or terrarium (no exceptions for “good dogs” or “cute cats,” sorry) • No smoking nor drugs • Responsible with alcohol • Respectful and considerate: pick up after yourself in the common areas (including dishes), quiet when others are sleeping, and help with chores • Able to pay rent on time each month

There will be 4 other females in the house. You’d have your own bedroom and would share a bathroom. Friends of housemates are welcome to come over as long as everyone is respectful of the house and roommates, but it’s not a “party” house and they’d like to keep it that way.
