Hello! We have a room available July 1st in our lovely 3 br/1 bath in Bed-Stuy. The apartment is big & sunny with a lovely roof to hang out on or garden! There is a dishwasher in the eat-in kitchen & two closets in the hallway which will have some space for you, plus the basement has plenty of storage space. The room has 2 windows overlooking the backyard, so away from the street noise. There is a bed & dresser available if you want them. The rent is $1200 a month which includes a house cleaner once a month. It’s a 7-8 min. walk to the Bedford-Nostrand G stop, or right on the B44 & B38 lines. 5 min. to grocery store & laundromat.

I’m Sarah, 30, & I live w my brother Jeff, 28. I’m a bartender, so currently out of work for the time being. I like to bike, read, write, sometimes have a beer on the roof! I sometimes stay at my partner’s place. Jeff is a park ranger, so he works currently 4 days a week. When we’re home we’re generally just chilling in our rooms. We’re clean but not crazy clean, but we do have a lovely house cleaner (although since quarantine we haven’t been able to have her, but once we all think it’s safe we can’t wait to have her back!).
