The apartment is on the top floor of the building, and there is a patio and balcony you can get different views of the city !

Other amenities in this complex include a library, pool, hot tub, and concierge for packages.

The apartment complex is very close to the Moscone center, less than 10 minute walk to Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Target, AMC Movie Theater, Montgomery Street BART, multiple bus lines, Caltrain, Oracle Park, and also very close to Embarcadero, and many other places ! Rent is $2460 / month, and utilities are split between the four of us.

• M (29, F): A student pursuing a master’s degree from Norway.
• P (30, M): Worked at a car automation company, and due to financial reasons, is moving back to New York. You will be filling his spot.

We are all pretty chill, like to have some drinks, play board games, and occasionally party.
