2 easygoing working professionals (a VC partner and a medical resident), both males in their late 20s. One of them owns the house, so the property is very well-maintained. We cook non-vegetarian and (before shelter-in-place) had a friend or two over for dinner once or twice a month. Everyone is friendly but also respects each other’s privacy and time since we all work full-time. No partying, drugs/smoking, or long-term overnight guests.
